Weekend Retreats Booking Terms
Spring Retreat 10 – 12 April 2026
- Balance is due to confirm your booking for bookings made from 20 February 2026
- Deposits received on or before 19 February 2026 (£250) non refundable or transferable
Autumn Retreat 9 – 11 October 2026
- Balance is due to confirm your booking for bookings made from 20 August 2026
- Deposits received on or before 19 August 2026 (£250) non refundable or transferable
- Bookings via event booking websites will add booking fees
- Bookings via Bacs payment do not have any booking fees
- Bookings via payments via credit card incur 1.2% booking fee, per transaction an invoice can be raised by request.
Acceptance of Booking Terms
Please ensure you have read booking terms, as processing your payment you are agreeing to the acceptance of the booking terms and conditions.
Cancellations
Refunds are not provided for cancellations. Please ensure you have holiday insurance that will cover reasons of non attendance on the retreat. Insurance will offer protection cover for cancellations, sickness and loss/damage to property.
Limitation of liability
Amity Yoga Wellness, Wendy Moran is not responsible for any loss damage to personal property, any injury or illness sustained during the retreat. Or any other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. No refund or transfers will be available.
If the retreat is cancelled by the venue or myself you will be offered alternative dates.
