Welcome to Amity Yoga Wellness, a peaceful space dedicated to women’s wellbeing and self-care.

Join experienced Hatha Yoga teacher Wendy Moran for these nurturing Amity Yoga for Women – Relax & Restore Sessions in Rainhill.

Designed to help you rejuvenate your body, calm your mind, and nourish your spirit, each session blends flowing movement, mindful breathing, meditation, and deep relaxation.

Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, you’ll find a warm, supportive space to unwind, reconnect, and restore balance.

What to Expect

Each two-hour Relax & Restore Session includes:

  • Yoga Asana: Gentle flowing and static postures to increase strength, flexibility, and balance
  • Cleansing Breathwork (Pranayama): Release tension and revitalise your whole system
  • Mindful Breathing & Meditation: Calm your nervous system and enhance inner awareness
  • Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation): A guided rest to restore energy and nurture deep peace

These sessions are open to all women and all ability levels, with modifications to suit your individual needs.

Great session with Wendy, plenty of variety with breath work, asanas and relaxation. It’s a well-established group but very welcoming to new people like me – Highly recommended. – Annie

Practical Details

  • Who: Women-only sessions — a welcoming, supportive space for self-care
  • Level: Mixed ability – suitable for beginners through to more experienced practitioners
  • What to bring: Yoga mat – essential, optional – blanket, cushion or pillow during yoga nidra, meditation seat or blocks, yoga belt is handy
  • Arrival: Please arrive 15–20 minutes before the session begins
  • Parking: On-street parking available
