Yoga and Breathing Workshops to revitalise, relax and boost your whole wellbeing – body, mind and soul.

Join Amity Yoga Wellness founder Wendy Moran for a series of yoga and breathing workshops in Rainhill, Liverpool from 9.30 – 11.30 am. Upcoming dates 18 May, 1 & 29 June, 20 July and 10 August continuing monthly/fortnightly throughout the year.

Amity Yoga Wellness provides holistic and wellbeing events including hatha yoga, breathwork, meditation workshops and retreats.

During these workshops you will use cleansing breathing techniques to release blocked energy and to detoxify the body and mind. Utilising conscious breathing, yoga asana movement, meditation and yoga nidra (deep relaxation) to restore energy and rejuvenate your whole wellbeing – body, mind and soul.

Yoga and breathwork rebalances the nervous system, releases endorphins, oxygenates the blood giving an overall revitalising boost to your wellbeing. With an increase in mental clarity, deep relaxation and a renewed connection to self.

Herbal and fruit teas are available prior to the workshop starting. Please arrive 15 to 20 mins before.

Mixed ability level – practice adapting to individual needs

What to bring:

Yoga mat, cushion, pillows, blankets, meditation seat/cushion/blocks. Additional blankets/eye mask.

Additional: Light refreshments available. Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before workshop begins.
