These hatha yoga workshops with Wendy will rejuvenate you using yoga asana, flowing and static postures. Yoga cleansing breathing techniques to release blocked energy, detoxify the body and mind.
Conscious breathing to calm your nervous system. Meditation to increase mental clarity, improve mindfulness and self awareness.
Deep relaxation with yoga nidra to restore energy and boost your whole wellbeing, body mind and soul.
Beginners are welcome to our friendly Amity Yoga – Hath Yoga Workshops.

The workshops take place at the lovely St James Methodist Church Hall in St James Road, in Rainhill.

- Mixed ability level – Practice adapting to individual needs, from beginner to intermediate/advanced.
- Additional – Extra blankets/padding and eye mask
- Refreshments – Herbal tea & fruit teas available. Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before workshop begins.
- Parking is available on street.
- What to bring: Yoga mat, cushion or pillows, blankets meditation seat/cushion or blocks.
- Booking Policy – Book in advance. Payments are non refundable and non transferable. If the retreat is cancelled I will offer you an alternative date or event.
