During these hath yoga and yogic breathing sessions you will refresh with hatha yoga asana with flowing and static asana. Yogic cleansing breathing techniques to release blocked energy and detoxify the body and mind. Conscious breathing to calm your nervous system. Meditation to increase mental clarity, improve mindfulness and self awareness. Deep relaxation with yoga nidra to restore energy and boost your whole wellbeing, body mind and soul.

Wendy Moran is a BWY Hatha Yoga Teacher and Founder of Amity Yoga Wellness. An advanced practitioner she has taught and hosted wellness events for 16 years.
She is based in Liverpool and hosts retreats around the UK, including holistic and wellbeing events, workshops and corporate wellness.
Wendy offers a balance of traditional hatha yoga practices, following the 8 limbs of yoga. Vinyasa flow is well paced with a sensitive rhythm. Meditation, yogic breathing, pranayama and deep relaxation.
She continues to deepen her practice with advanced pranayama yogic studies with Yoga Elder Sama Fabian.
Wendy especially likes to share the benefits that yoga brings to her and inspires others to make yoga a daily practice to enhance their whole wellbeing.
- Mixed ability level – Practice adapting to individual needs, novice/intermediate/advanced.
- What to bring: Yoga mat, cushion or pillows, blankets meditation seat/cushion or blocks.
- Additional – Extra blankets/padding and eye mask
- Refreshments – Herbal tea & fruit teas available. Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before workshop begins.
