Wendy Moran – Yoga Instructor & Wellness Guide

Founder of Amity Yoga Wellness, Wendy offers mindful, heart-centred yoga experiences for all levels. Her teaching blends traditional Hatha yoga, pranayama, and restorative practices that balance energy and promote deep relaxation.

Emma Sinfield – Mountain Leader

Emma brings her expertise in mindful walking and local knowledge of the Snowdonia mountains, guiding safe and soulful hikes through one of the UK’s most breathtaking landscapes.

• Triple room available for three friends (please enquire)

• Option to request a specific roommate – please provide their name when booking

•  £575 per person – Single ensuite room (limited availability)

•  £595 per person – Single occupancy of twin/double ensuite room

All options include 2 nights’ accommodation, full board vegetarian/vegan meals, yoga sessions, guided walk, and refreshments.

Introducing your Walking Guide

Emma Sinfield, Mountain Leader

I have lived in North Wales for twenty-five years. I worked at an outdoor Centre with children introducing them to outdoor activities. I am also training to be a counsellor.

I love being outdoors in nature and especially the mountains. I also enjoy cycling and yoga, which is how I met Wendy 18 years ago.

I am a qualified mountain leader and have been leading walks in the Snowdonia National Park for twenty-five years. I am first aid trained and this is renewed every three years.

Emma will lead a mountain walk from Snowdonia Mountain Lodge

We will walk together as a group and go at a pace that is suitable for the whole group, so we can enjoy the scenery and stop to notice our beautiful surroundings.  We will walk in the valley of Ogwen which is one of Snowdonia National Park’s most breathtaking backdrops. 

Essential Kit List

  • Please wear comfortable boots that you have worn in
  • Quick drying trousers, not cotton
  • layer such as a fleece 
  • Rucksack with waterproof liner (a plastic bag is fine) 
  • A waterproof jacket with a hood 
  • Waterproof trousers 
  • Water (also a flask with a hot drink is nice but not essential) 
  • Hat and gloves 
  • Optional
  • Walking pole or poles are helpful if you have some or one but not essential

” Good food, a comfortable room and great company are key for my ideal yoga retreat, and Wendy’s Snowdonia Yoga & Walking Retreat 2025 ticked all the boxes! The combination with the mountain walk was great for mindfulness. This was my second time attending Wendy’s retreat weekend, following last year’s Nab Cottage retreat in the Lake District during a beautiful early autumn.

This time, the early spring season surrounded by the spectacular Snowdonia mountains was incredibly refreshing. These locations are fantastic for Wendy’s yoga and meditation. The outdoor yoga and meditation were extra special, especially with the unbelievably beautiful weather – it felt like a dream!

Spring Retreat

  • Balance is due to confirm your booking for bookings made from 20 February 2026
  • Deposits received on or before 19 February 2026 (£250) non refundable or transferable

Autumn Retreat

  • Balance is due to confirm your booking for bookings made from 20 August 2026
  • Deposits received on or before 19 August 2026 (£250) non refundable or transferable

  • Bookings via event booking websites will add booking fees 
  • Bookings via Bacs payment do not have any booking fees
  • Bookings via payments via credit card incur 1.2% booking fee, per transaction an invoice can be raised by request.

Acceptance of Booking Terms 

Please ensure you have read booking terms, as processing your payment you are agreeing to the acceptance of the booking terms and conditions.  

Cancellations 

Refunds are not provided for cancellations. Please ensure you have holiday insurance that will cover reasons of non attendance on the retreat. Insurance will offer protection cover for cancellations, sickness and loss/damage to property. 

Limitation of liability 

Amity Yoga Wellness, Wendy Moran is not responsible for any loss damage to personal property, any injury or illness sustained during the retreat. Or any other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. No refund or transfers will be available. 

If the retreat is cancelled by the venue or myself you will be offered alternative dates.
