Move • Breathe • Restore • Reconnect
Welcome, I’m Wendy Moran, founder of Amity Yoga Wellness, and I’m delighted to invite you to Let’s Flow together in Nature at beautiful Stadt Moers Park in Whiston.
There is something special about taking your yoga practice outdoors.
Away from the distractions of everyday life, we can slow down, breathe deeply, move mindfully and reconnect with ourselves — while enjoying the fresh air, open space and natural surroundings of the park.
My Outdoor Pop-Up Yoga sessions are created especially for women and offer a welcoming opportunity to nurture your body, mind and spirit through yoga, breathwork, meditation and deep relaxation.
Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning to your practice, or have been practising for many years, you are warmly welcome.
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to be experienced. You simply need to come as you are.
Let’s Flow Together in Nature
- Imagine stepping away from the busyness of your day
- Taking a deep breath of fresh air
- Feeling your feet grounded beneath you
- Moving your body with awareness
- Listening to the sounds of nature around you
- And giving yourself permission to slow down
This is what Flow Together in nature is all about.
These Outdoor Pop-Up Yoga sessions combine elements of Hatha Yoga, mindful movement, Pranayama breathwork, meditation, relaxation and Yoga Nidra, creating a beautiful balance between movement and stillness.
Some sessions will be more active, incorporating standing and balancing postures, while others will be more restorative and ground-based, allowing you to settle into seated and lying-down practices.
Each session will offer something different while always giving you space to breathe, reconnect and enjoy being present in nature.
Two Different Outdoor Yoga Experiences
To allow you to experience different aspects of yoga and wellbeing, there will be two styles of Outdoor Pop-Up Yoga session.
1. Flow, Standing & Balance
These sessions will include gentle flowing and held Hatha Yoga postures, including standing and balancing poses.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Build strength
- Improve flexibility
- Develop balance and stability
- Release physical tension
- Improve body awareness
- Connect movement with the breath
- Mindful breathing Pranayama
I will offer gentle guidance and modifications throughout the practice so that you can work at a level that feels appropriate for your own body.
There is no pressure to achieve a particular posture.
Your yoga practice is your own.
2. Ground-Based Yoga, Breathwork & Deep Relaxation
These sessions will be slower, quieter and more restorative, with practices mainly taking place seated or lying down.

We will create space to turn inward and allow the body and mind to settle.
Sessions may include:
- Gentle seated yoga
- Ground-based movement
- Mindful breathing
- Pranayama
- Guided meditation
- Deep relaxation – Yoga Nidra
These sessions are a beautiful opportunity to pause, rest and restore.
You don’t have to do anything.
Simply allow yourself to be guided and enjoy some precious time for yourself.
